Staff Training and Education

Staff training and education is provided by our Professional Services team.  During the system implementation, we will conduct a series of discovery workshops.  These will familiarize us with your club operations in order to configure the system and customize user training and documentation according to your policies and procedures.

  • Training classes can be conducted onsite at one of your locations, in our offices, or remotely via web-based meeting tools.
  • We also accommodate the “train the trainer” approach, in which you assign one or more individuals as the QuanComm applications administrator and trainer.  We will provide one-on-one training to these individuals to equip them to handle the basic support and training of our application in your environment.
  • In addition to training we also provide comprehensive user guides which we customize to reflect your operations and policies.
